Description: Our desiccated coconut is available as medium or fine cut.  It has a sweet natural, nutty flavour.  Our desiccated coconuts are made from de-shelled, pared, washed, grated, blanched, dried, sieved and hygienically packed coconut meat, from fresh and mature coconuts grown in Indonesia. 

The fat level is 65% (+/- 3% tolerance).  We do not add in SO2 in the production of this product (which is often added as a stabiliser), so our product is SO2-free.  Our desiccated coconut has 9 months of shelf life from production.  Store in a cool and dry place below 25°C and relative humidity below 60% for optimal shelf life.

Ingredients: Coconut White Meat only (no SO2 added)

Application: Widely used as an ingredient for culinary applications, such as baking or confectionery.
