Our Coconut Oil Powder is a white free flowing powder, which can be used in dry mixes, bakery products, sauces and drinks. This bulk 20 KG case is suitable for food manufacturers. The powder contains approximately 70% coconut oil and 30% acacia fibre. Acacia fibre is added to stop the product from coagulating. The acacia fibre also acts as a pre-biotic.

The powder has a neutral taste and is soluble in water. Add to hot drinks, shakes, sports drinks, soups and sauces for added coconut oil and fibre content.
