Description: A natural savoury sauce made from coconut nectar (sap) and salt. Akin to soy sauce, but soy and gluten-free. Suitable for vegans and those wanting to avoid soy or allergens in their food.

Ingredients: Organic coconut nectar and sea salt

Application: Use as a savoury soy-free sauce or in marinades and as a glaze for vegetables, meat, poultry, seafood or tofu. Typical applications are for ready meal, sauce, vegan meat alternatives, Asian food or noodle manufacturers.

Country of Origin: Indonesia / Sri Lanka
