Coconut Milk Shake with Strawberries & Coconut Nectar
Our dairy-free coconut milk powder makes a great dairy-free smoothie when whisked up with fruit. Add a squeeze of coconut nectar to add additional sweetness and top with chopped nuts for extra protein.
45g of dairy-free coconut milk powder
2 ripe bananas
25g of coconut nectar
Chopped mixed nuts (optional)
Add 45g (approx. 3 tablespoons) of vegan coconut milk powder into a blender.
Add in 200g of water and blend until the powder has dissolved.
Add 2 ripe bananas, 4 strawberries and a squeeze of Coconut Nectar. Blend well.
Serve into glasses with chopped mixed nuts on top.
